Mostafa Lemdersi-filali and his wife Leona Lemdersi-filali realized a long time dream in 1999; and Mostafa Hair Design opened its doors in the beautiful backdrop of Lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver. Mostafa's philosophy is to create a beautiful and phenomenal look on each and every client who enters our doors, while ensuring a relaxed, engaging and enjoyable time while working with one of our many stylists. 

Leona is the financial wiz behind the scenes who focuses on the accounting, marketing, and project planning for the salon. This fabulous team work shows in the smooth and successful operation that they call Mostafa Hair Design.

This partnership also enables Mostafa to focus all his fabulous skills and abilities on his clients and coaching his team to not only reaching but surpassing their standards of excellence. 

Mostafa's philosophy is engrained in coaching and mentoring other stylists as well as working in a continual learning environment himself. This is the key to success for our salon and keeping our clients happy and coming back with all their friends and family is our goal.
