Design Professional
Mostafa is committed to maintaining the highest standards of excellence in the hair design industry. His skill set is highly versatile, technical and creative. He is well versed in all aspects of hair designing.
He came to Canada from Fez, Morocco which possesses a rich artistic culture. This culture is what makes Mostafa tick. His artistic talents are derived from his upbringing and are imbedded into his soul.
Mostafa brings over 25 years experience in the hairdressing industry and has worked with some of the best in the business. He grew up with hairdressing in his family and in his blood and trained in Morocco and then in Europe. Learning "advanced cutting" from Irwin Rusk, Mostafa also went through entensive training with Goldwell and is considered a master colorist.
In 1999 he realized his long time dream when opened his own hair design salon with his wife Leona Lemdersi-filali in Lower Lonsdale on the North Shore. Through hard work, adherence to excellence and dedication the salon was recognized by the North Shore Reader's Choice awards as one of the favorite salons in 2002.
